| 摘 要： | 本试验对唐菖蒲叶部发生的细菌病害通过症状观察、病原细菌的分离、致病性测定和细菌学性状的系统鉴定,并坚定出三种:Pseudomonas fluorescens BlovarⅡ所致的唐菖蒲疮痂病,Xanthomonas campestris pv.gumnusudans所致的唐菖蒲疫病和Eruinia chrysanthemi所致的唐菖蒲细菌性叶斑病。这三种病害国内均无记载,而唐菖蒲细菌性叶斑病在国外也未见报道。

| Abstract: | Recently, some bacterial leaf diseases were found on Gladislns gandavensis. According to the symptoms, isolation of pathogens, pathogenicity test and bacteriological characteristics of pathogens, the bacterial leaf disease were divided into three kinds: 1) the bacterial scab of gladiolus caused by Pseiuloinonas fliurrescens Biovar II, 2) the bacterial blight of gladiolus caused by Xanlhomoiias campeslris pv. gummisudans, 3) the bacterial leaf spot of gladiolus caused by Er- winin chrysavllicmi. All the three kinds have not been reported in China, and the bacterial leaf spot is reported for the firs.t time in the world. |
