| 摘 要： | 以镇海国家石油储备基地的设计为例,介绍了我国第一座国家战略石油储备油库的选址原则,对设计方案中的工艺、总图、排水和配管等专业的技术问题进行了分析和研究,对一些在大型油库设计中经常会遇到的问题提出了解决方法.

| Abstract: | Take the Zhenhai National Petroleum Reserve Tankfarm as an example, this paper introduces the principle about choosing the location of national petroleum tankfarm. Analyzed and studies the technical issues on technological process, general layout, dewater and piping department, then presents some solutions about the questions usually be encountered in the design of national petroleum tankfarm. |
