| Abstract: | Under the current condition of the land utilization to guarantee dynamic balance of total cultivated land of China, land consolidation is one of the most important factors.In the paper,the reasons and some measures of the land consolidation were brought such as: 1.the orientation of intensive land utilization together with enhancing utilization ratio of land; 2.the countermeasure of setting the quality of land consolidation primary and the amount secondary and putting and consolidation into city planning; 3.constituting corresponding law and rule to guarantee the land consolidation going on wheels. |
