摘    要:以匐匍翦股颖L-93的胚性愈伤为试验材料,用适宜剂量为20 Gy的60CoY射线进行辐射处理,将经辐照处理的胚性愈伤接种在含有PEG6000浓度为200 g/L的NB筛选培养基中进行抗旱筛选,获得耐旱再生植株,并对这些植株进行形态学以及干旱胁迫后植物的游离脯氨酸(Pro)的积累、叶绿素含量、细胞膜相对透性以及过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性等方面进行抗旱性鉴定。结果表明,变异体植株的抗旱性明显强于对照。

Abstract:Embryogenic callus of Agrostis stolonifera L-93 was treated with 20 Gy 60Co gamma-ray and cultured in NB selective medium containing 200 g/L of PEG6000 and drought-resistant regenerated plants were obtained.Such plants were identified on morphology and on drought-tolerance from the Pro accumulation,chlorophyll content,cell membrane relative penetrability,peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and catalase(CAT) activity after drought-stress.The results indicated that the drought-tolerance of variants was higher than that of controls.
