| 摘 要： | 林业产业结构优化是目前林业产业发展面临的主要问题，且受到多种因素影响，其中产业政策至关重要。在梳理1949年以来中国林业产业政策历史演变轨迹的基础上，文中回顾产业结构优化研究进展，归纳和评述林业产业结构优化指标和产业政策指标设计研究，进一步提炼产业结构的影响因素；基于产业政策的结构合理化和高度化2个角度着重梳理产业政策影响林业产业结构优化的研究进展，总结已有研究不足并展望林业产业政策与结构优化的指标设计方向。

| Abstract: | The optimization of forestry industry structure is the main problem that should be tackled for the forestry industry development at present, and it is affected by many factors, among which industrial policy is a vital one. The paper reviews the historical evolution of China’s forestry industry policies since 1949 and the research progress in industrial structure optimization. It summarizes and elaborates the research on the indicator design for forestry industry structure optimization and industrial policy, based on which the influencing factors to industrial structure are identified. From the perspectives of structural rationalization and promotion effect of industry policies, the paper reviews the research progress in the influence of industrial policies on the optimization of forestry industry structure, summarizes the deficiencies in existing research and prospects the direction of indicators design for forestry industry policy and industrial structural optimization. |
