2000~2003年陕西省小麦条锈菌群体结构动态分析

摘    要:对2000~2003年陕西省小麦条锈菌群体结构动态研究结果表明,2000年条中31号居各小种及类型首位,出现频率为22.36%,出现频率随后呈逐年下降趋势。2001~2003年条中32号出现频率均居第一位,出现频率分别为46.78%,66.23%,46.34%,分布范围广,致病性强,是造成陕西省小麦条锈病发生流行的主要优势小种;其次为水源11 14,水源11-4.分别居第二、三位。条中18,19,22,23,25,26,27,28号小种出现频率均较低,而且有逐年下降趋势。毒力频率分析表明,Yr9,Yr3b+4b,Yrsu等抗性基因已经失效。新育成小麦品种(系)对条中31号,32号,水源11 14,太白4的感病品种百分率分别为62.6%,60.9%,56.3%和35.9%。

Abstract:Studies on pathotypical structure of stripe rust in Shaanxi province during 2000-2003 showed that,CY 31 was the first dominant race and the frequency was 46. 34% in 2000. During 2001-2003,CY 32 had become the first dominant race and the frequency was 46. 78%,66. 23%,46. 34% respectively,which was the most prevalent race in recent years. Su 11-14 and Su 11-4 pathotypes were the second and third dominant races. CY 18,CY 19,CY 22,CY 23,CY 25,CY 26,CY 27,CY 28 had low frequencies and had a declining tendency. The resistant genes of Yr9, Yr3b+4b, Yrsu had lost their efficacy.The per cents of wheat cultivars susceptible to CY 31,CY 32,Su 11-14 and Taibai 4 was 62. 6%,60. 9%,56. 3% and 35. 9% respectively.
