大麦M_1损伤与M_2叶绿素突变关系的研究

摘    要:本文以大麦为材料,研究了照射剂量,M_1株高和熟期与M_2叶绿素突变频率的关系。结果表明:高剂量照射的种子后代(M_2)叶绿素突变频率较高。M_1株高与M_2叶绿素突变频率无关,而M_1熟期与M_2叶绿素突变频率间存在一定的关系,即:M_1晚熟植株后代(M_2)的叶绿素突变频率高于M_1早熟植株后代(M_2)的叶绿素突变频率。

Abstract:The paper studies the relationship between radiation dosage, M1 plant height, maturity and M2 chlorophyll mutaion frequency by using barley as the material. The results show that M2 chlorophyll mutation frequency of plants radiated with greater dosage is higher. The M1 plant heigt is not re lated to M2 chlorophyll mutation, but the M1 plant maturity is related to M2 chlorophyll mutation, namely, M2 chlorophyll mutation frequency-the offspring of M1 later mature plants is higher than the offspring of M1 earlier mature plants.
