尘肺患者血清微量元素含量的配对研究

摘    要:目的探讨微量元素与尘肺病的发生与发展关系,为尘肺病的防治提供依据.方法采用1∶1配对病例对照研究的方法,对40名尘肺患者的血清铜、锌的含量用原子吸收分光光度法进行同步测定.结果尘肺患者血清Cu含量,Cu/Zn明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),而血清Zn含量则明显低于对照组(P〈0.05).随着尘肺病程和接尘工龄的不同,测试指标均有明显改变.结论血清微量元素铜、锌的含量变化与尘肺病有一定的关系.

Control Study of Trace Elements in Serum of Patients with Pneumoconiosis

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between pneumoconiosis and trace elements and provide a basis for prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis. Method 1 : 1 matched case control study was carried out. Zinc, Copper in serum of 40 patients with pneumoconiosis were determined at the same time by the atomic absorption spectrometry. Results Cu,Cu / Zn in the serum of patients with pneumoconiosis were significantly higher than those of control group (P 〈 0.05) ,and Zn in the serum of patients was obviously lower than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). The levels of Cu, Zn showed obvious change with the difference of illness duration and dust-exposed length of service. Conclusion There were some relationships between serum Copper,Zinc content and the incidence of pneumoconiosis.
