2019中国蔬菜机械化发展报告

为抓住农业产业转型升级新机遇,提高我国蔬菜生产机械化水平,我国在蔬菜生产机械化方面已经做出很多努力。阐述了农业农村部等部门为促进农机农艺融合所做的具体举措,蔬菜装备研发情况及各地开展的有效示范推广项目。同时指出制约蔬菜机械化发展的问题:方向不明确、重点不突出;政府示范项目多、企业自主投入少;农机农艺融合少、适用装备配套难;"无机可用、无好机用、有机难用"现象并存。为此提出需启动蔬菜生产机械化发展规划,统筹设施和露地蔬菜生产发展;成立部级蔬菜生产机械化专家组,统筹推进农机农艺融合;加大蔬菜机械装备研发、推广支持力度,破解无机可用、有机难用问题;大力培育推广专业化社会化服务,加速蔬菜机械化发展等相关的建议。

In order to seize the new opportunity of transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry and improve the mechanization level of vegetable production, China has made a lot of efforts in the mechanization of vegetable production. This paper expounds the specific measures taken by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and other departments to promote the integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy, the new progress made in the research and development of vegetable equipment and the effective demonstration and extension projects carried out in various regions. At the same time, the problems restricting the development of vegetable mechanization are pointed out that the direction is not clear and the emphasis is not prominent.There are many government demonstration projects and less independent investment of enterprises.There is little integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy, and it is difficult to match applicable equipment.There is no inorganic available, no good machine, and organic difficult to use. Therefore, it is necessary to start the development plan of vegetable production mechanization, and coordinate the development of facilities and open field vegetable production. It is necessary to establish a ministerial expert group on vegetable production mechanization to promote the integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy. It is necessary to increase the research and development, promotion and support of vegetable machinery and equipment to solve the problems of inorganic and organic availability. We should vigorously cultivate and promote specialized social services to accelerate the development of vegetable mechanization.
