外槽轮式单段木薯种茎排种器设计与仿真试验

摘    要:为满足木薯种茎预切种式排种要求。基于预切种排种技术,利用外槽轮排种方式,设计一种外槽轮式单段木薯种茎排种器,分析排种器充种机理,明确影响充种性能的因素,设计排种器关键部件的结构参数,利用UG软件建立排种器和木薯种茎的虚拟模型。采用三因素三水平正交试验方法,以充种倾角、槽轮转速和前进速度为试验因素,排种段距合格率为试验指标,利用UG软件运动仿真模块,进行木薯种茎的排种仿真试验,确定最优参数组合为充种倾角为30°,槽轮转速为0.4rad/s,前进速度为1m/s,并对最优参数组合进行台架验证试验。试验结果表明,排种段距合格率平均值为90.9%,与仿真试验结果的相对误差为0.5%。最优组合方案可靠,满足木薯种茎的种植农艺要求。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of cassava seed pre-cutting type seeding,based on the pre-cut seeding technique,an external trough-type single-stage cassava seed stalk seeding device was designed and analyzed.The filling mechanism of the seed metering device was used to clarify the factors affecting the filling performance.The structural parameters of the key components of the seeding device were designed.The virtual model of the seeding device and the cassava stem was established by using UG software.The three-factor and three-level orthogonal test method was used to test the inclination angle,the groove rotation speed and the forward speed as the test factors,and the qualified rate of the seeding interval was the test index.UG software motion simulation module was used to carry out the seeding of the cassava seed stalk.The simulation experiment determined that the optimal parameter combination was 30°,the groove rotation speed was 0.4rad/s,the forward speed was 1m/s,and the bench verification test was carried out on the optimal parameter combination.The test results showed that the average pass rate of the row spacing is 90.9%,and the relative error with the simulation test results was 0.5%.The optimal combination scheme is reliable,which meets the agronomic requirements of cassava stems.
