摘    要:
我国将马铃薯作为第四大战略主粮,在国家的大力推动下,马铃薯的产量逐年增加,而马铃薯收获后带有大量的泥土,不利于后续的加工储存,因此需要对马铃薯进行采后清洗。现阶段,我国马铃薯清洗设备自动化、智能化水平低,清洗时马铃薯洗净率低,表面破损率高,阻碍了马铃薯产地商品化技术水平的提高。通过介绍马铃薯清洗技术的国内外发展现状,阐述我国马铃薯清洗设备的主要类型及特点,分析我国马铃薯清洗设备存在的问题以及未来发展趋势,为我国马铃薯清洗设备的进一步研究提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:
Potatoes are the fourth major strategic staple food in China.With the vigorous promotion of the state,the output of potatoes has increased year by year,and potatoes harvested with a large amount of soil,which is not conducive to subsequent processing and storage,so it is necessary to clean potatoes after harvest.At present,the automation and intellectualization level of potato cleaning machinery in China is low,the cleaning rate of potatoes is low,and the surface damage rate is high,which hinders the improvement of Commercialization Technology of potato producing areas.This paper introduced the development status of potato cleaning technology at home and abroad,expounded the main types and characteristics of potato cleaning equipment in China,analyzed the existing problems and future development trend of potato cleaning equipment in China,and provided reference for further research of potato cleaning equipment in China.
