植硅体分析与旱作农业史研究

摘    要:植硅体分析是植物考古研究的重要方法之一,在考古学研究中应用广泛。中国是旱作农业(粟、黍)的起源地,其发展在很大程度上推进了中国文明演进的进程。植硅体分析在旱作农业研究中的应用,主要集中于粟、黍、麦、玉米等种属鉴定与驯化进程、作物栽培与管理技术、作物收割与加工方式、粮食储存与食用等方面。随着多学科交叉合作的深入以及考古学综合性研究的发展趋势,植硅体分析在旱作农业研究中应用的理论基础和研究方法仍将不断完善,最终推进中国农业考古乃至考古学研究。

Abstract:Phytolith analysis is one of the important research methods in plant archaeology. Phytolith Analysis has been widely used in the study of archaeology in China. China is the origin of Rain Fed Agriculture, and its development has greatly promoted the evolution of Chinese civilization. Phytolith analysis mainly focuses on identification and domestication of crops, cultivation and management, harvesting and processing methods, crops storage and consumption, etc. With the strengthening of multi-disciplinary research and the developing of comprehensive archaeological research, the theoretical basis and research methods of phytolith analysis need to be improved in the future to promote agricultural archaeology even archaeology research.
