| 摘 要： | 2002年1月至2002年12月,对合肥市某奶牛场泌乳母牛进行隐性乳房炎的SMT逐月检测。结果表明:阳性牛的分布无明显季节性,但存在牛群差异性,而新感染阳性率与季节有明显关系(P<0.01),以三、四季度为高;二、三胎牛阳性率极显著高于其他胎次(P<0.01);第五、第六个泌乳月和第九个泌乳月以上牛新感染阳性率极显著高于其它牛(P<0.01);右侧乳区阳性率极显著高于左侧乳区(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | In this paper, SMT was used to test subclinic mastitis once a month in a cattle farm of Hefei City from January to December in 2002. As results indicate: there was not significant difference(P>0.05)in the distribution of reactor cattle and the season while in the new case and the season was(P<0.01). The positive rate of the second and the third lactation was obviously higher than other lactation(P<0.01).The new case of the cattle who was in the fifth ,the sixth and the ninth month of the lactation was obviously higher than other cattle(P<0.01).There was significant difference (P<0.01=. between the new case of the right and the left quarter. |
