新型户用下吸式秸秆气化炉的研究与应用

分析了我国秸秆气化技术的现状,着重阐述了下吸式秸秆气化炉的气化原理和气化过程,改进了原代户用下吸式秸秆气化炉气化工艺,解决了原代产品秸秆气出口温度高、焦油含量高等问题,指出充分利用秸秆资源,加快应用秸秆气化技术,对节省能源,保护环境,实现农业可持续发展具有重要意义。

Research and Application of New and Domestic Counterflow Straw Gasification Stove

The present situation of straw gasification technique in China was analyzed.The gasification principle and process of counterflow straw gasification stove were emphatically elaborated.The problems of higher temperature and tar content of straw gas from exit were solved by means of improving the gasification technology of the original and domestic and counterflow straw gasification stove.It was pointed out that it was of significant importance to make the best of straw resources and to accelerate the application of straw gasification technique for saving energy,protecting environment and realizing the sustainable development of agriculture.
