| Abstract: | In the light of the integrated benefit of the Luanhe valley, based on the analysis of the social\|economic and resources environment in Chengde County Hebei Province, this paper puts forward that the economic development should be taken as the core and the improvement of mountainous ecological environment as the mode for the sustainable developmental. The paper also demonstrates that the self\|sufficient agriculture, protection forestry ,economical pomiculture and livestock breeding ,and benifitial farm products processing industry should be adopted as the general objective orientations of industrial development in this area. |
