摘    要:以3 a生火力楠(Michelia macclurei)袋装苗为试验材料,研究分析了3种不同质量浓度梯度(0、50、100、150 mg/L)的植物生长调节剂吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、生根粉3号(ABT-3)对火力楠根系形态建成的影响.研究结果表明,3种植物生长调节剂在不同程度上均能够促进火力楠根系的生长发育,且在不同质量浓度下对火力楠根系形态建成的促进作用存在着差异.采用主成分分析综合比较不同处理对火力楠根系形态的影响,得出IAA在150 mg/L时的促进作用最为明显.

Abstract:Using the three-year-old Michelia macclurei as experimental materials, the effects of the three plant growth regulators (IAA, NAA, ABT-3) with different concentrations (0、50、100、150 mg/L) on the root morphology of M. macclurei were examined. The results showed that all three kinds of plant growth regulators could promote the root growth of M. macclurei in different degree, and different concentrations of the same growth regulators on the root morphology of M. macclurei were different. The effects of different treatments on root morphology of M. macclurei were studied by the principal component analysis, which showed that the promotion effect of IAA was the strongest at 150 mg/L.
