黄瓜野生变种和栽培种的杂交一代几个主要性状的遗传相关分析

为 探索 黄瓜 野生 变种 与普 通栽 培种 的杂 交一 代在 分枝 数、产 量、早熟 性等 主要 性状方面的 遗传相 关趋势，选 用了１３ 个黄瓜野 生变种 和２ 个栽培种 为亲本 进行试验 ，采用 不完 全 Ｎ Ｃ Ｄ Ⅱ遗传 设计，４ 次 重复。结 果表明 ， Ｗ Ｉ２８７０ ×ｈａｒｄｗｉｃｋｉｉ 和 Ｗ Ｉ２８７０ ×ｓｉｋｋｉｍｅｎｓｉｓ 分别 是 Ｆ１ 代 小区 平均结果数 最多和产 量最高 的杂交组 合，它们 的分枝数 亦为最 多。 从遗 传参 数看， 分枝 数与 始花 日数、结果数、产量之间 的遗传 相关 估 计值 都 较高 ，分 别 为ｒ ＝ ０ ．７７４ １ ；０ ．７２９ ９ ；０ ．８５８ ０ 。 分枝数与 早熟 性 的 遗 传 相 关 为 极 显 著 负 相 关 ，ｒ ＝ － ０ ．７５４ ２ 。 遗 传 力 估 计 值 以 产 量 性 状 为 最 低（６０ ．５ ％ ） ，分枝 数性状为 最高（８６ ．１ ％ ） 。 分析结果 适用于小 果型黄 瓜品种的 育种。

Analysis of Genetic Correlation for Several Major Characters of Botanical Varieties and Cultivars in Cucumber

Thirteen botanical varieties and 2 cultivars were used in the experiment with NCD Ⅱ genetic design to analyze the genetic correlation for 5 characters in cucumber.
