| 摘 要： | 绩效指标是西方发达国家高等教育评估中被普遍认可的一种方法。通过对绩效指标概念和内涵的分析,论述了绩效指标得以在高等教育评估方法中独占鳌头的原因,以及绩效指标在运用中存在的主要问题,提出了对我国高等教育绩效指标体系建立和使用的启示。

| Abstract: | Performance indicators are the measures that are widely accepted by western developed countries in the evaluation of higher education.This article analyzes the concept and nature of performance indicators and then discusses the reason that performance indicators head the list of the evaluation measures of higher education and the major problems in their implement.This article also puts forward the enlightenment for the establishment and application of performance indicators in our country. |
