RP-HPLC法测定羚羊感冒片中绿原酸和甘草酸的含量

[目的]测定羚羊感冒片中绿原酸和甘草酸的含量。[方法]利用反相高效液相色谱法测定羚羊感冒片中绿原酸和甘草酸的含量,用Zorbax SB-C18柱(5μm 250 mm×4.6 mm),以甲醇-0.2 mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67∶33∶1)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为250 nm,柱温为30℃。[结果]RP-HPLC法测得羚羊感冒片Ⅰ中绿原酸含量为3.84%,RSD值为1.08%,甘草酸含量为0.153%,RSD值为3.76%;羚羊感冒片Ⅱ中绿原酸含量为3.19%,RSD值为1.78%,甘草酸含量为0.07%,RSD值为5.46%。[结论]该方法准确、可靠,为羚羊感冒片的质量控制提供一定的参考价值。

RP-HPLC Simultaneous Determination of Chlorogenic Acid and Glycyrrhizic Acid In Lingyang ganmao Table

[Objective] The aim of the study was to determine chlorogenic acid and the glycyrrhizic acid contents in Lingyangganmao table.[Method] With Zorbax SB-C18 column(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),methanol-0.2 mol/L NH4Ac-glacial acetic acid(67∶33∶1)as mobile phase,flow velocity at 1.0 ml/min,detection wave length at 250 nm and column temperature at 30℃,the chlorogenic acid and the glycyrrhizic acid contents in Lingyangganmao table were determined by RP-HPLC.[Result] In Lingyangganmao tableⅠ,the content of chlorogenic acid was 3.84%,with RSD=1.08%,glycyrrhizic acid was 1.53%,with RSD=3.76%;In Lingyangganmao tableⅡ,the content of chlorogenic acid was 3.91%,with RSD=1.78%,glycyrrhizic acid was 0.069%,with RSD=5.46%.[Conclusion] This method is accurate,reliable and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
