| 摘 要： | 当前，我国面临化石燃料和工业用油短缺、食用油逐渐被外资垄断的严峻形势。油棕是重要的热带油料作物，可以在海南、广东等热带、亚热带地区大面积推广种植。目前，我国已经掌握油棕苗的组培技术，然而棕榈油提取技术的研究还处于起步阶段。阐述了油棕果杀酵技术及设备的研究与利用现状，以期为棕榈油杀酵技术及其设备的研制提供参考。

Utilization and research status of technology and equipments of oil palm fruits sterilization |

| Abstract: | At present, there is a shortage of fossil fuels, industrial oil, and edible oil in China. Oil palm is an important tropical oil crops which can be planted widely in Hainan, Guangdong and other tropical and subtropical regions in China. Researchers in China have mastered the experimental techniques of tissue culture of oil palm. However, the research of palm oil extraction technology is still in its infancy. This paper described the research and utilization status of technology and equipments of oil palm fruits sterilization, which was hoped to provide a reference for the development of technology and equipments of oil palm fruits sterilization. |
