摘    要:利用自行研制的纵轴流风筛式清选装置试验台,对不同离心风机转速、不同离心风机出口倾角和不同曲柄转速影响下的筛下物和含杂率沿筛子横向分布规律进行试验研究,得到筛下物总重、籽粒重、杂余重和含杂率沿筛子横向的分布规律,对于指导生产具有重要意义。

Abstract:Based on the air-and-screen cleaning device test-bed of longitudinal axial flow which is designed by ourself ,We research the distributing regularities of the screen underflow and dirt percentage along the cross direction by experiment taking diversity diversity crank rotational speed、diversity centrifugal fan rotational speed and diversity centrifugal fan rake angle as the parameters. We gain the distributing regularities of the screen underflow total weight、seed weight、impurity weightand dirt percentage along the cross direction,which has important meaning to guide producing.
