Abstract:Wood micro-structure research has always been a difficult problem that holds up the development of wood material science.The introduction of the digital image processing technology has brought not only cost-effective solution to the problem,but also demonstrated a broad research prospect.The progress and application of the technology in wood microstructure study both at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized.
