| 摘 要： | 从介绍云南省占用征用林地管理的过程入手,分析了目前云南省占用征用林地管理中存在的可行性报告依 据不充分、数据失实和非法用地等问题以及在查验过程、临时占用林地时、森林植被恢复和占用征用林地审批中存在的主要问题.并有针对性地提出解决的方法及建议.

| Abstract: | Starting from the introduction to the management of expropriated and occupied forestry land in Yunnan province,the paper analyzes both the issues in feasibility report,such as insufficient basis,unreal data and illegal land use,and etc;and major problems in the process of examination and inspection,temporary occupied forestry land,forest vegetation rehabilitation as well as reviewing and approving,and suggests the solutions in particular. |
