小麦质不育系及其保持系花药中SOD同工酶和脂质过氧化作用初步研究

摘    要:对小麦T型和P型细胞质雄性不育系及保持系花药中SOD活性、SOD同工酶及脂质过氧化作用的研究结果表明,单核期不育系花药中的SOD活性比保持系略低,SOD同工酶带数与保持系相同。到二核期和三核期不育系花药中缺少一条SOD同工酶带,SOD活性也比保持系明显降低。不育系花药在三个发育时期的MDA含量均明显高于保持系。同时发现在三核期不育系旗叶减少一条SOD同工酶带。体内活性氧清除能力降低及脂质过氧化用加

Abstract:The isozyme patterns and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation in anthers of cytoplasmic male-sterile lines and the corresponding maintainer line of wheat have been comparatively studied. The results indicated that there were no significant differences in isozyme patterns and activities of SOD between male-sterile and the corresponding maintainer lines at uninucleate stage of pollen development. Compared to maintsiner line,the number of isozyme bands of SOD was reduced by one and the activities of SOD were decreased pronouncedly in anthers of male-sterile lines at binucleate and trinucleate stages of pollen development. The contents of malondialdehyde in anthers of male-sterile lines were visuably higher than that of maintainer line at any stage of pollen development.Moreover,the male-sterile lines lacked one isozyme band of SOD in flag leaves in comparison with the maintainer line.It is concluded that the reduction of capability for scavenging active oxygen and intensification of lipid peroxidation in anthers may be related to pollen abortion of cytoplasmic male-sterile lines of wheat.
