小叶丁香的再生体系建立

摘    要:以小叶丁香的带花芽的茎段为外植体进行诱导培养,结果表明,茎段作为小叶丁香组织培养的外植体是适宜的.初代最佳培养基为MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L IBA,继代培养的最佳培养基为MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L IBA,生根培养最佳培养基为1/2MS+0.1mg/L NAA.培养条件为培养基中加入3%蔗糖、8g/L琼脂,pH=6.1.培养温度为24~26℃,光照时间为12~14h/d,光照强度为2200~2500lx.

Abstract:Tissue culture of Syringa microphylla was conducted using stem segments with flower bud as explants.Result shows that the stem segments of S.microphylla are suitable to be used as explants.The optimal media for primary culture and successive culture of S.microphylla were both MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L IBA,and the optimal medium for rooting was 1/2 MS medium with 0.1 mg/L NAA.The optimum culture conditions were obtained as medium with 3 percent of sucrose and 8 g/L agar,pH 6.1,cu...
