| 摘 要： | 简要介绍我区贫困地区的分布状况，近年来扶贫资金的投入情况以及我区扶贫开发的主要目标。喀喇沁旗是全区３１个固定贫困县之一，在我区５０个贫困县当中只是一个点，但具有一定的代表性，通过对该旗近年来扶贫开发情况的对比分析，可以看出我区扶贫开发工作的成效是显著的。

| Abstract: | The distribution condition of the poverty-stricken areas in our region ,the poor-aid fund investment situation in recent years and the main objective of the poor-aid development in Inner Mongolia were introduced in this paper. Kalaqin Banner is one among 31 state-set slum counties in the region ,which is only a small portion of the so poor areas in Inner Mongolia. However, thin banner is quite typical.Through the contrasting analysis of the poor-aid development situation of the slum coumties, it can be seen that the effect of the poor-aid development word in Inner Mongolia is remarkable. |
