摘    要:【目的】研究早期断奶对巴音布鲁克羊母羊血清生长类及生殖激素浓度的影响。【方法】选择胎次一致,产羔日期接近,所产羔羊初生重差异不显著的健康巴音布鲁克羊母羊15只,分别于40和60 d实施早期断奶。试验分为:试验组母羊(Ⅰ组:羔羊40日断奶、Ⅱ组:羔羊60日断奶)和对照组(即自然条件下哺乳母羊)。测定指标包括:IGF-ⅠI、NS、T3、T4、FSH、LH、E2。【结果】1.试验组母羊血清中IGF-ⅠI、NS浓度均高于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组T3低于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组T4浓度均高于对照组,其中试验Ⅱ组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2.生殖激素:试验组母羊E2显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组FSH、LH均高于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05);【结论】试验组母羊血清中T4、E2浓度显著高于对照组,表明早期断奶更利于母羊正常生理机能的维持,对卵巢周期恢复和生殖功能重建具有一定促进作用。

Abstract:【Objective】The purpose of this research was to reveal the effect of early weaning on growth and reproductive hormones in serum of Bayingolin ewe.Ewes which were same parity,similar birthday and not significant birth weight of their lambs were selected.Fifteen Bayingolin ewes were selected,whose lambs had the same parity,close birthday and nonsignificantly different birth weight and were weaned 40 days and 60 days ahead of time respectively.It is aimed at studying the effect of early weaning on Indicators including IGF-Ⅰ,INS,T3,T4,FSH,LH and E2 in serum of Bayinbulin Ewe.【Method】There are two experiment groups(groupⅠ: weaning at 40 days,groupⅡ:weaning at 60 days)and control group(lactational ewes).The indicators in serum measured include : IGF-Ⅰ,INS,T3,T4,FSH,LH and E2.【Result】1.The content of IGF-Ⅰ,INS of experiment group are higher than that of control group(P>0.05),T3(P>0.05) of GroupⅡare lower than control group.T4 of experiment group are higher than that of control group,but T4 of GroupⅡ is significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).2.The concentration of FSH and LH of reproductive hormones experiment group is higher than that of control group(P>0.05),E2(P<0.05) of experiment group is significantly higher than that of control group.【Conclusion】T4 and E2(P<0.05) of experiment group significantly higher than that of control group.The results show:early weaning has positive influence on physiological function of Bayingbuluk ewe as well as ovarian cycle's reproduction function recovering.
