环境相对湿度对储藏饲料不同部位微生物活动影响的研究

摘    要:饲料在储藏过程中极易受潮发生腐败变质,而不同深度层的饲料所受外界环境湿度的影响却存在着较大差异。本试验模拟饲料储藏环境条件,比较了环境湿空气对饲料不同深度层的穿透性及微生物活动的影响。结果表明,鸡颗粒饲料25℃,相对湿度(RH)80%-90%条件下储藏30d后,0.06m深处的饲料水分升高了5.2%,而0.12m和0.18m深处的水分分别升高了4.2%和3.2%。在相同的储藏条件下,鸡粉状饲料在储藏至第20d时,0.06m深度层中霉菌总数达到了47.9×103cfu/g,已经不能继续安全储藏,但此时0.12m和0.18m深度层的霉菌数量分别只增加到了19.6×103cfu/g和9.3×103cfu/g,仍处于安全储藏期内。

Abstract:Feed was decayed easyly beacause of damping during storage,and there is huge variant between diffirent level. Comparability test between diffirent level in feed storage were proceed in moisture absorption and microbe activity in this article. The results indicated that when the chook pellet were storaged for 30 days at 25℃,RH80%-90%,the humidity were increased by 5.2% at 0.06mitres deep,but those were individually increased by 4.2% and 3.2% at 0.12mitres deep 0.18mitres deep.
