摘    要:食品企业管理课程教学改革,不但要注重对学生素质教育与基础知识的传授,而且还要注重对学生的技能教育和创新能力的培养。本文探讨为食品企业培养应用型、复合型管理人才的《食品企业管理》课程的教学改革与实践,包括教学观念、课程特色、教学方法、能力培养等方面的改革内容。

Abstract:In the teaching reform of the course of food enterprise management,Not only we must focus on the stu- dents' basic knowledge of quality - oriented education and teaching, But also to focus on students' skiUs education and cultivation of innovative ability, This article looks for food cempamies to train applied,compound management tal- ents in the food business management courses teaching reform and practice, Including characteristics of teaching ideas, curriculum, teaching methods, capacity- building and other aspects of reform.
