赣25个油茶高产无性系的脂肪酸组成及遗传变异的初步研究

摘    要:针对江西已筛选出的25个每hm^2产油量均在750以上油茶高产无性系,采用仪器测试和统计分析的方法,对现有的油茶优良无性系、家系的各项经济性状(尤其是茶油理化特性、脂肪酸组成)进行比较分析,从采集的100份样品测试结果可明显看出;不同品系间脂肪酸组成存在明显差异,特别是亚油酸含量差异显著,同时也表明:脂肪酸组成会受到环境因子的影响。

Abstract:Twenty-five selected clones of Camellia oleifera with yield of more than 750kg-hm2 in Jiangxi were studied and compared in terms of economic character and fatty acid composition by using gas chromatogram. The results from 100 oil samples show that their characters are very different and the fatty acid compositions, especially linoleic acid content, vary greatly from line to line, which are affected by enviormental actors. It can provide scientific reference for selecting high-yielding and high-quality Camellia oleifera.
