| Abstract: | The author puts forward to deepen system reform,manages well management system,makes inno- vation and scientifically set establishment for staff and post;come off social duty of forest farm and reduces burden of forest farm;perfects social guarantee system;maintains a series of stable countermeasure in state -owned forest farm,provides reference for the professions aiming at existing main problem in the state- owned forest farm in Hefeng County. |
