| 摘 要： | 随着农村城市化的推进,农民对集体资产提出了产权要求,这是社区股份合作制产生的动力.应用层次分析法(AHP)对社区领导的制度创新行为分析表明,在现有的条件下,社区股份合作制是权衡社员意志和上级政府意志的结果.今后,它将在集体经济实力较强的地区逐步推广.

| Abstract: | The Stock and Cooperative Ownership of Community is an important model of collective e-conomy reform in suburbs. The reform motive is the community member's demand of property right along with urbanization. Analysis of community leader's making strategic decision with Analytic Hierarchy Process shows: the innovation is the balance between community member's will and government's. The Stock and Cooperative Ownership of Community will keep it's primary features, and will be used in where collective economy are flourishing along with urbanization in rural areas. |
