| 摘 要： | 随着我国农业科技的发展和农机装备的进一步提高，农机培训越来越受到重视。本文从“培训迁移效度”这一概念出发．考量了与农机培训质量显著相关的几个因素，分别从培训内容设计、培训目标确定、培训方法选择、培训师的选择及加强后继跟踪等方面分析了提高农机培训质量的对策。

| Abstract: | With the developing of agricultural technology, agro-machinery training is considered of importance. A "training transfer" concept is mentioned in this paper to measure the factors related to training quality in agro-machinery. According to these factors such as the training content design, selection of methods and trainer, after training activities, etc., this paper gives out the strategies of improving the quality of agro-machinery training. |
