| Abstract: | In this paper,the importance of construction and management of agricultural e-government was described.In the owner＇s point of view,the construction and management experiences of agricultural e-government＇s large projects were summarized,and the guidelines,organizational structure,measures and precautions in agricultural e-government project construction and management were proposed. |
