单传感器液体添加系统设计与误差分析

摘    要:设计的单传感器液体秤基于重量式计量原理 ,采用单传感器结构 ,借助杠杆系统进行称重。分析了该液体秤计量误差的成因以及消除误差的方法。在饲料厂油脂添加系统中的应用表明 ,其性能优于容积式油脂添加系统 ,制造成本与之相当 ,而使用成本显著降低。

Abstract:A single sensor liquid adding system (SSLAS) was developed and it worked based on the metering principle and weighed by a sensor and lever system. The metering error of the system and the methods to eliminate it were also discussed. The SSLAS had been successfully applied to a weight type oil adding system (WTOAS), which proved that the performance of SSLAS was better than that of a volume type oil adding system (VTOAS) and the WTOAS based SSLAS worked at a much lower operating cost than the VTOAS did.
