摘    要:采用灰色关联分析方法,对烟叶(C3F)的主要化学成分与感官质量进行关联分析。结果表明:还原糖、总糖、糖/碱和K2O/CL与香气质指标均呈正关联,而总氮、烟碱和蛋白质与香气质指标均为负关联。不同品种烟叶主要化学成分与感官质量的关联程度不完全相同,品种与内在感官质量的关系为:NC89〉云烟85〉K326〉NC82,为山东优质烤烟质量标准体系建立提供一种简捷、科学的理论分析方法。

Abstract:The relationship between main chemical components of tobacco and sensory quality was studied by grey incidence analysis. The results showed that there was clear positive correlation among reducing sugar, total sugar, sugar / alkali, K20/el and aroma index, while the levels of total nitrogen, nicotine and protein had negative correlation with aroma index. The correlation between main chemical components of different varieties of tobacco and sensory quality was not completely identical, the relationship between the varieties of tobacco and sensory quality was: NC89 〉 Yunyan85 〉 K326 〉 NC82, the results would provide a method of theoretical analysis for the construction of standard quality system of Shandong Tobacco.
