常温贮存对马铃薯实生种子活力的影响

用常规发芽皿法和培养基法对常温保存了２年至２０年的２０个不同基因型材料的实生种子进行了种子萌发等试验，对其发芽势，发芽率及幼苗移栽成活率等常规性状进行了测定。结果表明常温条件下保存的马铃薯种子在１５年内基本上具有正常的萌发及生长活力。培养基上的辅助发芽能增强种子萌发能力及促进幼苗健壮与发育。

Vigor of True Potato Seeds Stored at Ambient Temperature

Twenty different genotypes of true potato seeds(TPS)stored at ambiei tem-perature for 2 to 22 years were used to undertake the germination test test with the normal germination dish method and the culture media method. The germinating energy, germinatingpercentage, transplanting survival rate of each genotype were examined. The results indicatedthat TPS stored at ambient temperature within 15 years had normal germination and growthvigor. The culture media could increase TPS germinating and make seedling stronger.
