生态文明视域下的湿地保护工作

加强湿地保护,扩大湿地面积,提升湿地功能,是生态文明建设的重要内容,是改善人居环境,满足人民生态需求的迫切需要.湿地生态系统是地球上最重要的生命支持系统,对人类生存发展具有不可替代的重要作用,是生态文明建设的重要基础.从生态文明的视角分析,我国在生态伦理道德、生态文明制度、生态文明行为、生态责任等方面还存在一些问题.针对存在的问题,建议采取以下措施：一是培育保护湿地的生态文明道德观,增强人们的生态道德意识和自律行为;二是加快建立湿地生态文明制度,强化湿地保护的制度安排;三是加强湿地保护的科学研究,提升湿地保护的科技支撑能力;四是深化国际交流与合作,推动全球湿地保护事业共同发展;五是加强湿地生态文明建设的宣传教育,提升湿地保护的文明意识.

Study on the Wetland Conservation from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

To strengthen wetland protection, expand wetland area and improve wetland functions, is an important content of ecological civilization construction, and also the urgent needs of improving the living environment and meeting the people＇s ecological needs. As the most important life support system on earth, wetland ecosystem plays an irreplaceable role to human survival and development, so it is the important foundation of ecological civilization construction. Analyzing from the angle of ecological civilization, there are still some problems on the ecological ethics and morality, ecological civilization system, ecological civilization behavior and ecological responsibility in our country. It was suggested to adopt the following measures for the existing problems： The first is cultivating civilization moral outlook of preserving the wetland ecosystem to enhance people＇s ecological moral consciousness and self-discipline. The second is speeding up the building of wetland ecological civilization system to strengthen wetland protection system arrangement. The third is strengthening scientific research on wetland conservation to promote wetland conservation science and technology support ability. The fourth is deepening international exchanges and cooperation to promote common development of the global wetland protection. The fifth is strengthening the propaganda and education of the wetland ecological civilization construction to improve the civilization consciousness of wetland conservation.
