高秆隐性籼稻Grlc与籼、粳稻品种杂种优势的研究

摘    要:用高秆稳性籼稻Grlc与4个矮籼、粳亲本杂交,配制正反交F_1代,分析杂种优势表明:Grlc所配杂种一代优势普遍存在,而株高全为负优势;籼籼组合的单株粒重、每穗实粒数、每穗总粒数、结实率、单株穗数、千粒重等性状为正优势;籼粳(广亲和)组合的单株粒重、单株穗数、千粒重、每穗总粒数等为正优势,单株粒重优势与籼籼组合相当,单株穗数、千粒重优势越过籼籼组合,而每穗实粒数为负优势;普通籼粳组合的每穗总粒数,单株穗数和千粒重为正优势,而每穗实粒数、单株粒重为负优势,单株粒重优势远低于籼籼、籼粳(广亲和)组合。

Abstract:This paper deals with the heterosis of F1 hybrids on the reciproeal erosses between the Grlc recessive higt type in rice (Oryza Sativa subsp. Hsien) with four dwarf straw japonic and indica cultivars. The results indicated that the heterosis was in widespr ad existence in F1 hybrids of Grlc crosses, but the plant keight of F1 hybrids showed the negative heterosis, the characters of grains weight per plant, filied grains per panicle, total grains per panicle, percentage of filled graina, panicles per plant weight of 1000 grains on the Haien/Hsien crosses whowed positive heterosis; that of weight of grains per plant, yanicles per plant,weight of 1000 grains, total grains per panicle on the Hsien/Keng (spikelet) crosses showed positive heterosis; but heterosis of weight of grains per plant was suitable with that of Hsien/ Hsien erosses heterosis of panicles per ylant weight of 1000 grains exceeded crosses of Hsien/ Hsien, but filled grains showed negative heterosis; tiotal grains per panicle, panicles per plant weight of 1000 grains of common Hsien/Keng erosses whowed positive keterosis; but filled grains yer panicle, weight of grains per plant showed nega tiye leterosis, graina,eight per Flant were evidently lower plant were evidently lower Hsien and Hsien/Keng (spikelet) croses.
