摘    要:目的]建立烈香杜鹃叶总黄酮含量测定的RP—HPLC方法,并比较它们的含量。方法]烈香杜鹃叶用甲醇提取,反相高效液相色谱法分析药材中槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素3种黄酮甙元,并计算出总黄酮含量。结果]采用Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm),以甲醇-0.4%磷酸(60:40,V/V)为流动相,可使3种黄酮成甙元达到基线分离,平均加样回收率98.74%和98.98%,相对标准偏差1.11%和1.00%。结论]RP—HPLC法可作为总黄酮的定量分析方法。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to establish RP-HPLC method for the determination of flavonoids in leaves of Rhododendron athopogonoide Maxim and compare their contents.Method]Quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamntin in leaves of Rhododendron athopogonoide Maxim were extracted by methanol and analyzed by RP-HPLC,and then the content of flavonoids were calculated.Result]When the analysis was performed on a C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm)with methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(60∶40,V/V) as mobile phase,the quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamntin were separated well,and the average recoveroes were 98.74% and 98.98%,RSD were 1.11% and 1.00%.Conclusion] RP-HPLC could be used for quantitation determination of flavonoids.
