摘    要:本试验对生长在普通大棚内的18份青菜(Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensisMakino.)材料进行了光合特性分析。结果表明,不同材料的叶绿素总含量、叶绿素a/b比值、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用率等5项指标差异显著。叶绿素总含量和叶绿素a/b比值成负相关,夏季和春季栽培材料的净光合速率和水分利用率高于秋季材料,其余指标间无明显相关。聚类分析结果显示,18份材料划分成3大分支,分别属于春季、夏季、秋季栽培3种类型。

Abstract:The photosynthetic characteristics of eighteen materials in pak choi(Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis Makino.) were analyzed in theire growth period.The results indicated five indexes of the total chlorophyll content,the chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b ratio,the net photosynthetic rate,the transpiration rate and the water use efficiency and so on of different materials existed significant difference.There were negative correlation between the total chlorophyll content and the chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b ratio.The net photosynthetic rate and the water use efficiency of spring's and summer materials were higher than autumn's.There weren't obvious evident correlation among the other indexes.The results of cluster analysis revealed eighteen materials were classified into three main branches;they belonged to three styles of spring's,summer 's and autumn cultivations.
