| 摘 要： | 随着农业弱势地位的改变,农业科研单位科技开发的内外部环境发生了较大变化,科技开发工作边缘化的趋势日趋明显。对农业科研单位科技开发中企业薪酬管理存在的问题进行了论述,并提出了建立现代企业薪酬制度,促进科技开发事业持续发展的对策建议,以期为农业科研单位建立合理的企业薪酬管理制度提供参考。
