摘    要:测定了稻草、谷壳、亚麻屑三种栽培料及其栽培的大球盖菇(Stropharia rugoso-annulata)子实体中三种重金属(铅Pb、镉Cd、砷As)的含量,并比较了栽培前和第一潮菇出菇后栽培料中重金属含量的变化。试验结果表明,谷壳栽培的大球盖菇子实体中的有害重金属Pb、Cd、As含量均低于《食用菌卫生标准》和《绿色食品标准——食用菌》中规定的限值,因此,谷壳是适宜大球盖菇栽培的栽培料。

Abstract:Pb,Cd and As levels were determined in straw,rice chaff and flax residue before use as a growth substrate for Stropharia rugoso-annulata cultivation,after harvest of the first mushroom flush,and in the mushroom fruit bodies.The Pb,Cd and As contents of S.rugoso-annulata fruit bodies cultivated on rice chaff were all within the maximum limit allowed by the Hygienic Standards for Edible Fungi and the Green Food Standard(Edible Fungi).Therefore,rice chaff is a suitable substrate for S.rugoso-annulata cultivati...
