摘    要:以农垦58S等10个光温敏不育系为材料,研究了感光性、感温性与光温诱导雄性不育的相关关系。试验表明:光温敏核不育系同时存在光敏不育性与温敏不育性,它们之间呈显著的负相关;感光性与光敏不育性表现极显著正相关,与温敏不育性表现显著负相关;感温性与光敏不育性及与温敏不育性均无相关关系;不育期内同穗颖花间花粉育

Abstract:Using ten photoperiod-temperature sensitive male sterile lines: Nongken 58S,7001S, Shuang 8--2S, W7415S, W6154S, W6184S, KS--9, Min 54--8S,Pei--ai 64S and N98--6S, The correlations between photoperiodic l thermoperiodicresponse and photoperiod-temperature sensitive male sterility was studied. The resultscan be summarized as follows: 1. The photoperiod sensitive sterility and the temperature sensitive sterility existedsimultaneously in the photoperiod-temperature sensitive male sterile line with a significantnegative correlation between them. 2. Photoperiodic response Showed highly significant positive correlation withphotoperiod sensitive male sterility and significant negative correlation with temperaturesensitive male sterility. 3. Thermoperiodic response had no correlation with photoperiod sensitive sterilityand temperature sensitive sterility respectively. 4. The pollen fertility difference among spikelets on the same panicle in male ster-ile stage was negatively correlated with the photoperiod sensitive sterility. The results indicated that the selection of photoperiodic response plant would bepreferably used to achieve photoperiod sensitive.male sterile line, in which the fertilitydifference among spikelets on the same panicle might be slight, the annual fertilitychange period and sterility be also stable. All these would be favorable inapplication.
