离子注入的生物学效应及其在作物诱变遗传育种上的应用

摘    要:离子注入是一种新型的作物诱变技术。离子注入不仅损伤轻,而且突变率高,突变谱广并可定向引变。本文概述了离子注入诱变的一般原理和生物学效应,离子注入后对作物形态、生理和遗传性状产生的影响。旨在为深入研究离子注人的诱变机制及其在作物诱变遗传育种上的应用提供参考。

Abstract:Ion implantation as a new mutagen caused high mutation rate and wide mutational spectrum with low damage, and it was also mutated in the direction. In this paper,general principle and biological effect on crop morphological,phisiological and genetic characters by ion implantation were reported in order to deeply study the mutation theory and application in crops.
