摘    要:
本文采用田间试验,对钾素优化管理方法对小麦籽粒品质的影响进行了研究,以期为高产、优质、资源高效、环境保护等多重目标并重的养分资源优化管理提供理论依据。结果表明:土壤有效钾含量较高(154 mg kg-1)的条件下,钾肥施用量的高低对冬小麦籽粒产量没有显著影响;根据钾素恒量监控技术确定的钾肥施用量(75 kg hm-2 K)下冬小麦籽粒粗蛋白和干湿面筋含量和高施钾量(225 kg hm-2 K)之间差异不显著;基于养分平衡和土壤测试的钾素资源优化管理方法(钾素恒量监控技术)在获得高产、资源高效的同时也获得了最好的品质效应。

Abstract:
The field experiment was conducted to study the Effect of potassium optimized management method on grain quality of winter wheat in order to supply theoretic basis for nutrient optimized management with the aim of high yield, excellent grain quality, high efficiency of nutrient resource and friendly environment.. The main results were as follows: There was no significant differences in the winter wheat grain yield among different K rates. No significant differences of winter wheat grain gross protein and gluten contents was also found between optimized K rate(75 kg hm-2 K)and higher K rate(225 kg hm-2 K), Potassium optimized management method with the aim of high yield, high efficiency of nutrient resource and friendly environment effect got excellent grain quality of winter wheat.
