摘    要:以碱蒿(Artemisia anethifolia)为材料,研究不同浓度Na2SO4胁迫下碱蒿幼苗的叶绿素含量、甜菜红素含量和O2^-产生速率与耐盐性之间的关系。结果表明:随着Na2SO4处理浓度的增加,碱蒿幼苗叶绿素含量降低;O2-产生速率呈先升高后降低的趋势;甜菜红素含量的变化不明显。叶绿素和O2^-产生速率可作为碱蒿的耐盐性鉴定指标。

Effects of Na2SO4 Stress on Chlorophyll Contents, Betacyanin Contents and O-2 Production Rate of Artemisia Anethifolia

Abstract:Artemisia anethifolia was employed to study the relationship of salt tolerance with the Chlorophyll contents,Betacyanin contents and superoxide radical(O2^-) production rate in seedling of Artemisia anethifolia.The results showed that,with the increase of salt concentration,the seedling Chlorophyll contents had a trend of decrease;O2^- production rate Artemisia anethifolia had low-high-low trend and Betacyanin contents had not change significantly.It was concluded that Chlorophyll and O2^- production rate could be used as important appraisal indexes for salt tolerance in Artemisia anethifolia.
