微卫星标记与鹿苑鸡体重的相关性初探

摘    要:利用29对微卫星标记对鹿苑鸡基因组进行扫描,共发现124个等位基因,各座位等位基因数2~10个。通过统计软件SPSS,对29对微卫星标记与鹿苑鸡12周龄体重相关性进行了分析。结果表明:位于8号和3号染色体上的3对微卫星标记ADL278、LEI166、MCW222与鹿苑鸡12周龄体重呈显著相关。位于8号染色体ADL278座位上,基因型为CC个体的12周龄体重显著高于其他基因型个体。位于3号染色体的LEI166座位上发现3个等位基因,但仅检测到5种基因型,基因型AA缺失;在检测到的5种基因型中,基因型为AB个体的12周龄体重显著高于基因型为BB、BC、CC个体;AC个体的12周龄体重与其他基因型个体无显著差异。MCW222座位亦位于3号染色体,在该座位上,基因型为BC个体的12周龄体重显著高于基因型为AA、AB、AC、CC个体;基因型为BB个体与其他基因型个体12周龄体重差异不显著。

Abstract: The genomes of Luyuan chicken were screened using 29 microsatellites as a molecular marker. A total of 124 alleles were found in this experiment. And the allele number varied from 2 to 10 in each locus. Based on the polymorphism of 29 microsatellite markers, the relationship between microsatellite loci and body weight was analyzed. The results showed that body weight significantly was associated with 3 microsatellite loci in Luyuan chicken at 12 weeks of age, which were ADL278, LEI166 and MCW222 in chromosome 8 and chromosome 3. Body weight of genetype CC was significantly higher than that of other genetypes at 12 weeks of age on ADL278, which was on chromosome 8. LEI166 was on chromosome 3, and 3 alleles were found in Luyuan chicken, but only 5 genetypes were found with genetype of AA absent. In 5 genetypes, body weight of genetype AB was significantly higher than genetype of BB, BC and CC, and there was no significant difference between genetype AC and others in body weight at 12 weeks of age. Body weight of genetype BC was significantly higher than genetype of AA, AB, AC and CC at 12 weeks of age in MCW222, which was on chromosome 3, too, but there was no significant difference between genetype BB and others.
