| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨不同浓度的稀土元素钐对蝌蚪生长发育的影响。方法]以蝌蚪为材料，用含有不同浓度硝酸钐的湖水饲养蝌蚪，数周后测定蝌蚪的变态率及硝酸钐对蝌蚪体重、致畸率和死亡率的影响。结果]随着硝酸钐浓度的增大，蝌蚪的变态率显著降低，死亡率也随之增大；但钐对蝌蚪体重、致畸率的影响不明显。结论]稀土元素钐对蝌蚪具有较大的毒害作用，可明显抑制其发育。
