不同细胞质小麦雄性不育系杂种F_1越冬期生理生化特性分析

摘    要:为了探讨细胞质对越冬期杂种小麦生理特性的影响,以四种同核异质雄性不育系(K、B、Ven、S型不育系)及其恢复系R113的杂种F_1为材料,测定了其在田间自然条件下越冬期叶片与抗寒性相关的生理生化指标。结果表明,在K型、B型、Ven型、S型杂交组合F_1子代中,S型杂交F_1叶片中SOD、POD、CAT活性、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸和叶绿素含量最高,而H_2O_2、O_2~-·、MDA含量、电导率低于其他雄性不育杂交F_1。由此可见,在配制杂种时,S型杂种F_1的抗寒性较好,通过选择S型不育系可以改善杂种F_1的越冬期抗冻能力。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of different sterile cytoplasm on physiological characteristics of winter hybrid wheat during wintering period, four heteronuclear heteroplasmic male sterile lines(K, B, Ven and S type sterile lines) and the hybrid F1 of the restorer line R113 were used as the materials.Under the natural conditions in the field, the mixed sampling was carried out on the leaves of the wheat during the wintering period, and the physiological and biochemical indices related to the cold resistance were measured.The results showed that among K, B, Ven and S hybrid F1 progenies, S hybrid F1 leaves exhibited the highest activities of SOD, POD, CAT, and the highest content of soluble sugar, free proline and chlorophyll, but the lowest content of H2O2, O- ·2, and MDA, and lowest electrical conductivity.It can be indicated that the cold resistance of S hybrid F1 is better.By selecting S type sterile line, the frost resistance of hybrid F1 can be improved during the wintering period.
